📦 Return & Cancellation Policy – Noeley
1. Return Period
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible, your item must be:
Unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
⚠️ Returns without prior approval will not be accepted. Contact us at contact@noeley.com before sending anything back.
3. Return Process
Email contact@noeley.com to start a return. If accepted, we’ll provide instructions.
📦 Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
If approved, your return will result in:
A refund (only for full-price items), or
A store credit (gift card)
🔒 Important – Sale Items
All sale items and promotional offers are final sale.
They are not eligible for refunds, only for store credit if they meet return conditions.
4. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
Custom or personalized items
Personal care products
Gift cards
Sale or promotional items (store credit only)
5. Damaged or Defective Items
Please check your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days at contact@noeley.com.
6. Exchanges
If you want a different size, color, or model:
- Return the original item per the process above.
- Place a new order for the item you want.
(We do not do direct swaps.)
❌ Cancellations
Full-price orders: You may cancel within 30 minutes of purchase for a full refund.
Sale or promotional orders: Cancellations are only eligible for store credit, even within the 30-minute window.
7. Preorders & Restocked Items
Preorders are final sale. Refunds are only possible after delivery.
We reserve the right to extend delivery estimates by up to 15 days.
8. EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order ships to the EU, you may cancel within 14 days. Item must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Return shipping is your responsibility.
9. Refunds & Store Credit
Full-price items: Eligible for a refund to your original payment method (within 10 business days after return is received and approved).
Sale items: Only eligible for store credit.
If 15 business days have passed after approval and you haven’t received your refund or credit, email us at contact@noeley.com
10. Unclaimed Packages
If a package is not collected within 15 days, it will be returned and reshipped at your expense.
